excellent location comfortable beds nearby options room cleanliness
i found the location EXCELLENT since it was a short walk to both gare du nord and gare de l'est. i appreciated the many nearby options for dining, including bakeries and supermarkets. the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the cleanliness of the rooms also met my expectations.
the reception staff were not as helpful as i expected .

The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt genuinely welcomed! the location was convenient, near the train station. the room was super clean, a crucial factor for me. i also appreciated the option to leave my bags for a few hours after checkout.
the fan in the bathroom was a little slow to stop.

The location was fantastic. I walked easily to major attractions. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. my room had a marvelous street view. I spent hours just gazing out.

the air conditioning worked, vital. the bed seemed okay.
The receptionist acted like i was bothering them. it felt as if i asked for the moon when i requested a second towel. it wasn't service with a smile. It was service with a sigh.

gare du nord supermarket access day trip
the hotel is near gare du nord station. i found many places to eat and supermarkets around it. the location is worth it if you want a day trip from other countries by train.
the elevator could only fit three people or 225kg. it felt quite small and cramped.
